help on the maxis studio isis!! thanks..

ok, i saw on the net there is a soundcard thing for sale for only 99 bucks!! It is a 8 in and 4 out card. It says that it only works for windows 95,98, and 98se. I have windows me(milenium edition) It didn't say that it didn't work for me so i don't know about that... but what i really want to know is has anyone used this and is it anygood?? And if you haven't, but have a good interface/soundcard for a computer with windows me please tell. I need something with atleast 8 channels in. I just don't know what to do basically. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

If you do a search around the internet you will find heaps of bad experiences with the isis. Its drivers are no longer updated so why take the risk. Save up for a cport or 1010lt

I am positive support for the ISIS ends with 98. To second alfalfa, do a search, even around here. You will find one of the search threads is titled "do not buy this F_cking shit!". Personally I have not heard one good thing about those yet, here or abroad on the net.

I will also second the 1010lt. I think the going rate is 249$

Last time I checked, the ISIS was going for 99$ Canadian, so if those are American dollars your quoting thats even worse.
