Help need please PLEASE

hi im Andy from UK (North Wales)

can i get some feedback on my recorded sounds & Mixing its alot to ask i know, but i work alone so all i have is my ear and could do with some good avice on recording acoustic instruments.

Listened to "Open Mind". I don't know the first thing about recording acoustic guitar, so I can't help you there. I do hear alot of fret/fingers sound. But I kind of like that. Aside from that, this is a beautiful, beautiful tune. Takes me back to Woodstock in a way. Love the vocals and lyrics. Alot. The percussion sounds awesome, too. Everything sounds organic.


Also, if I can offer some non-recording advice, I'd suggest you post the lyrics of your songs on MySpace. They're great lyrics and a very important and strong part of your music.

open mind is a great song as rami said the finger/fret noise is a bit harsh

believe in you would'nt play

rain is another class song reminds me of the beta band hope you dont mind me saying that, imo they are a great band so i say it as a complement
 
love it. percussion is huge and beautiful.

i like the finger-noise personally.

meticulously executed things don't "move" me the way something like this can.

i dig.
 
Nice sounding song... vocals are clear and guitar tone is nice.
Real nice classic relaxed feel overall... backup vocals are a nice too.
Not much to add from what they said.. just that I liked it :)
