help me with a floorplan

my rooms dimensions are
29'4'' long
11'6'' wide
about 7 foot ceilings

with the door 5 feet in on one of the long sides,


i need atleast 3 rooms. for tracking drums with 1 guitar (amp in a small room)


i really have no clue what im doing as far as walls, im keeping mostly the concrete walls, but how should i lay out my rooms?

Your setup looks like a prime candidate for John Sayers' 1-car garage studio plan. Hopefully I'll get the image attached here. If not, go to www.johnlsayers.com and click on the Recording Studio Manual link. Find the studio floorplans on the SAE site. Reviewing the entire SAE site would be very beneficial to you for educating yourself on studio design, also.
