HELP.. its not recording

Alright, help me out

I have the Phonic 1002a, Dual RCA to 1/4 Plug, Studio Monitors, Condensor Mic, Headphones, M-Audio Audiophile, and Sonar 2

And its not working.. im trying to record and Im getting nothing..

I cant hear the beat, but I can hear my voice through my head phones, it doesnt record.. someone help me out asap.. Cant hear anything through the monitors, the rca to 1/4 is in the main part of the mixer/preamp, I can hear my guitar through the headphone but not monitor also.

Microphone is into Mixer
Headphone is into Mixer
RCA TO 1/4 Cords are in Main/Mixer into the Sound Monitors
RCA TO RCA is plug into the REC/Mixer and Soundcard
RCA TO RCA is plug into the 2T RTN/Mixer and Soundcard

Im hearing the voice and beat through speaker,
I hear the beat only in the headphone but kinda low.. The headphones are where the mic is... I cant hear my self in the mic.. Hope that helps..
 
k when I record, I hear the background on my vocals even when I hit solo, im using sonar..
