Help from Aardvark Q10 users

[L'espion Noir]

Earlier i had this problem where i was recording into cakewalk but couldn't hear the playback after recording
The only way i can hear what's recorded is by changing the routing to
[playback 1] for cakewalk to be audible
and monitor L and R for the keyboard to be heard
During playback there is no signal going thru q10's mixer

the manual says routing the output to Monitor L and R should be fine for both recording and playback
is it possible or am i subject bundled software limitation

hmm. . .
The only thing I can think of is that your track output settings are set to something other than the Q10. . .

hello ... this is Mr. Not so Bright

alright i'm learning about this piece
on the software Playback section of the control panel,
one of the output port meter was on Solo
hence keeping the sound from reaching the output port selected
so now i'm able to hear the keyboard as play and cakewalk on playback
