I am currently building my little studio in the basement. I plan on using the "Flexible channel" approach mentioned on John Sayer's reference site. I can't find the channel. Does any one have any suggestions on how to get it and how much it is?

Also, I am looking for sliding glass doors. It seems my local building suppliers don't have any. And when I asked them could they be ordered they looked at me like no one used them any more. The sales associate told me to try mobile home construction salers. I don't think he knew what he was talking about.

Thanks for any help.

Every Home Depot in the ATL has resilient channel. It's usually near the sheetrock in the rack with corner bead. Cost is $1.00 to $1.50 for 12' length.
They also carry sliding glass patio doors, as does Lowe's. Get double pane.
