i am trying to record into the 002 rack by using the spdif input and all i get is static. i am going out of my vtp-1 mic pre's spdif output into the 002r's spdif input. any ideas?
sometimes it can be a little tricky.
You will need to set the card up and make sure its set to recieve from the spdif inputs.
Also, sometimes you have to set your track up to input 3-4 vs. 1-2
