Howdy folks, I am trying to lay down some tracks but have run into problems.
I have the mixer connected to the souncrad as follows ....
1) Group out 1 and 2 lines (which is an ALT3/4 bus in yamaha speak I think) connected to my 2 soundcard RCA inputs.
2) Soundcard rca outputs are connected to my stereo 9/10 line input on the mixer.
3) My active speakers are connected to the stereo Outs from the mixer.
I am using the Audacity freeware program. I can lay down the first track fine but when I want to record my second track it's recording the original track onto the 2nd track along with what I'm trying to record.
Any ideas?
