Hello guys, here`s my question:

i want to make my system dual-boot so i can play pro-evolution soccer 6 safely. but i`m a little confused as to how to do this partition wise. at the mo`, my partitions are as follows:
c: music software & OS
d: samples
e: projects
f: backup

c & d are one 160gb drive, e & f (which is mostly empty) are one 250gb drive which has a lot of free space. so how should i go about making my system dual-boot?

thanks for any help

If you're not set on a true dual boot you could look into a virtual machine.
http://www.virtualbox.org/

Otherwise you'll need another partition (probably on the 250 drive) for the second OS. You can use a tool like GParted (http://gparted.sourceforge.net/) after you defrag the drive and then install the second OS on the new partition.

Virtual soccer? That would have to be gayer than the reality based version, no?

will the new partition be visible from my current boot? i think five partitions is not so healthy, am i wrong?
