Help Buying Pre Amp

I have audio media III card with pro tools 6.1 on windows xp. I need a dual pre amp with spdif so i can record on the 2 digital chanels the audio media III has right? Now if that is what I do need What is a good one for me with cheap price just need a list!!!!!!! I read the m-audio duo does not run on xp right. Please help me out here on what i need and one that sounds good!!!!!

First of all, I don't think you can run Protools without Protools Hardware. I would buy the M-Box, and you'll have the software, and the mic pres you need.

no the audiomedia card is an older Digidesign product. you hardly ever hear about it though.
the M-Audio Duo will work fine with Windows and your Audiomedia III.
