Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this. I am wanting to move forward in a thought to put a puppet ministry together for my church. I did puppents in college and we produced all of our own material. I have a degree in broadcasting, but that was years ago. I would like to record eveything on my computer and then mix the sound fx and music as needed then burn to CD.
Unfortunately the budget for all of this is very small since i just had to get the car fixed. I am not opposed to using open source software/freeware if that will keep the cost down at first(puppets start at about $80 each and we are just starting).
i have a PC that i can use that is running XP pro, intel pentium III, 512 ram, 80 gig harddrive. not sure on the sound card but is pretty basic as it came with the computer.
