I'm just a beginner so sorry if I am not too useful here.
I just wanted to say I really like your voice
The only thing on the Cheryl Cole song you posted is that you seem to struggle with the lowest note, and your highest notes are a bit disconnected - I reckon you're going into head voice there but it doesn't sound as grounded as your chest.
