Ok now i've got a basic question that i've read through about 25 pages of search results and still could not find a definitive answer too.

Now all i wanna know is wether or not using fruity loops as a simple step sequencer will adeversly affect the sound quality or not. i'm sampling from a s3000 and using nun of the pre loaded fruity loops sounds.

also would adding the effects such as the reverb eq and delay adversly effect the sound quality...please help.....i hate using hardware seqencers cos i'm fuckin hopeless and fruity so simple o use but i wanna make sure i can get a top sound quality like the mpc's seeing as i'm using the 3000 sampler

Since fruity loops is solid software, you'd probably get better quality out of it than any hardware sampler (unless the hardware sampler has better sounds, but you could always sample them into fruity!).

As far as using fruity as a sequencer, it's no big deal. You can't use software reverb if you're using fruity to trigger an external sampler...it doesn't work that way.
