Headphone cable

can anyone tell me what the proper cable is to carry a stereo signal out of the headphone jack of the console into a headphone amp/distributer

TRS should work, but that picture looks suspiciously like a TS cable, not TRS (TRS have two black bands, not one). You want something like this:

You don't need the monster for headphones, though. Any brand should do.

It's a stereo jack, and it should work.
