headphone amp?

if i buy a small behringer mixer, like http://www.zzounds.com/a--2676837/item--BEHUB1002

and run everything into that as a stere channel. (computer, main mixer, mr-8, cd player) will i need a headphone amp to hear. Will just the headphone outs be loud enough?

The mixer you referred to has a headphone jack, as well as line level outputs for monitors, etc.

Plug your headphones into the headphone jack and you're all set. You would only need a headphone amp if you are trying to drive more than one set of headphones from the mixer headphone output.
