HC-1 and RC-1 unavailable (388 maintenance time...)

Is HC-1 and RC-1 unavailable now. I searched around on
the internet and couldn't find any. I'm fine with using isopropyl
alcohol for the HC-1 but I'd like to find a rubber cleaner so I don't
dry out the capstans...

The TEAC rubber cleaner is history now but,

Caig laboratories makes a product called CaiKleen RBR which is wonderful stuff that I use myself and highly recommend as a cleaner and reconditioner for all rubber parts.
