Having Delay in play back in Logic 8 Need Help!

Iam using two Firepods and what I did I recorded My guitar and vocals at the same time first and then I tried to add drums and on play back the the guitar and vocal would get off time like a delay? the tempo seems like it keeps changing and I cant get threw a song with out the tempo Im using a Imac and Logic 8 with two firepods. Thanks

This is usually an indication that some part of your system isn't correctly reporting latency or that Logic isn't compensating for it for some reason. (I mostly use DP, so I have no idea what Logic does in this regard.)

Basically, there are two things to do:

1. If your hardware buffer size is big (e.g. 2048 samples) try setting it smaller (e.g. 128 samples) to reduce the hardware latency.

2. If Logic has a setting for manually entering hardware latency numbers, try bumping that up. I think it's that "Recording Delay" slider, perhaps.
