Just recieved matched set of NT1a's in the mail that I ordered yesterday $370 for the pair! great deal! They are works of art, I tell you! They came with shockmounts. I only have been using a pair of SDC's with mic clips. I don't really know how these mics sit in the shockmounts. I put one in and it seems to hold it fine, but is there some way of locking them in that I don't know about or is that it. Also what are the two rubberband thingies for?
 
AH I see, there is a clip inside the mount. Thanks for the link!
