I did a search and had no luck. Ran accross these mic's while thumbing threw the sweetwater catolog on the can. Price looks nice, so I was wondering if anyone has tried them out.

Here's a link to the convertable. The hardtop is the same mic without the slip on windscreen and is about $10.00 less.

Thanks

I just bought the convertable. It's the same mic as the hardtop, it comes with the windscreen. If can be used in three configurations. It's a very decent sounding snare, amp or vocal mic. compared to my 57 the snare track jumps out a bit more, seems more present. Definitely not crisp, very balanced. At $99 from GC it's the same price as a 57 and seems to be a nicer sounding mic. I have only tried it on three sources but I am really liking it so far.
