I'm thinking of getting my first electric guitar, and I hear Godin's a good company for price to quality ratio. Any recommendations?

I'm actually looking on ebay at a triumph on sale. Now that I just bought a keyboard, $371. So, I'm limited to ebay only.

Maybe for Godin. You should check out the Yamaha Pacifica range though...incredible value! I had heard good things but was sceptical until I bought one. And wow! Incredibly well put together, great tones and extremely versatile - whammy bar, humbucker and two single coils, 5 way selector.

Godin makes very good guitars. You could pay a lot more for a lot less.

Ill second that....paid $150 for my Pacifica and Id put it up against any Mexican Fat Strat that you'd pay $400+ for.....
