I think it's the same as the Sennheiser MD-421 only badged as Telefunken.

That looks more like an MD-21

Yes it's an MD21. Sennheiser used to make mics badged as Telefunken, such as MD421 and MD21. The MD21 is an omni, designed for reportage. It has been in production (it still is!) for about 50 years now.
