Hart makes these triggers that are like pads that go beneath the head of the drum and simultaneously acts like a trigger while reducing the drums volume by 90db. This sounds like an awesome idea for anyone that wants to turn their acoustic set into an electric one or anyone who wants to record electronic drum sounds with real cymbals and no bleeding from the actual drums, but has anyone tried them out? I was thinking of turning my drum kit into an electronic set for practices and gigs in small venues where the acoustics dont permit a loud ass drummer like ours. I just dont want to spend a bunch of money to get them triggered up and then find out they suck.
