Hardware Reverb

I'm looking for a reverb unit to use mostly for tracking. In general I like to actualy record all my tracks dry, and then add effects with software. But I'd like to have a hardware reverb to soften the live sound a bit for my vocalists and other musicians. Should I go for a digital or analog unit?

I notice all the lexicon's sample at 44.1, guess there're no lower end reverbs that sample higher. They sound OK though?
