Hardisk to pc

I've been recording with a hardisk for 3 years and I was just recently wondering if there was a way i can use that mixer and have it come to like pro tools or some multi track program as it is on my mixer...

Provide some more information, your current exact equipment and what you want to accomplish.

Your question I find somewhat confusing.
 
Yea, you can.

You have to record each track, one at a time, digitally from the digital out of your recorder to the digital in of your sound card.

Or if you don't mind a bit of a degrade in audio quality, you can go from analog "Line Out" of your recorder to "Line In" on your sound card.

You won't be able to use the mixer on your multitrack recorder, though. You'll have to mix everything on Pro Tools or similar software program at this point.
 
...not if it's sync'd (MIDI or Digital, depending on your sound card). If you don't then yes, you'll definitely have issues lining everything up.
