Sorry John, but I shudder at the name Guruland............for some reason it made me think that Molly Meldrum might have had some interest in the new facility.

John, as usual, I'm green with envey. I'd give anything (except the money that I don't have) to have enough room to do what I wanted as far as layout goes. I'll be watching the updates with great interest.

Well the ceiling is now sealed off with 16mm (5/8") firecheck/plaster and 4" rockwool in the cavity.

We start on the wall framing next week.
