Thanks to all of the help in these boards, my brand new MIDI/drum machine/Project5 setup is up and running, and I've spent the past week creating my own ACID loops. Woohoo! :D

Unfortunately, it's become quite obvious that I'm lacking in good guitar sounds. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good guitar VSTi to use with Project5?

Thanks in advance.

I don't think it exists. Maybe the guitar synths from Steinberg will do something, but if it's good is another question...

Do you want a guitar processor/emulator vsti plug in or are you looking...what. If it is a plug in i think I can link you to a bunch. Reply and I will begin digging around in my stuff. Ouch! :D

I have to agree that good guitar sounds are not out there. I'd get a buddy to do some tracks for you if you dont play.

You could even ask in the guitar forum.I'm sure there's lots of guys who'd like to show off their chops.
I can't imagine a VSTi doing as good of a job as the real thing.

I get some decent guitar sounds using Reason 2.5 and running that through Amplitube.

Thanks for all of the input. :D
For the time being, I went with Kompakt. The guitar sounds aren't the absolute greatest, but still a lot better than what I expected. I may get Musiclab's Real Guitar in the near future.
