guitar to computer

Get this. I have 5 million guitars and no them all very well, so they have nothing to do with this problem. The problem is this - i have guitar rig, amplitube and nomad rock amp legends, when i use these virtual systems they make my guitar sound like the neck pick up is being used which gives it a very muddy sound as apposed to a nice sharp lead sound that you expect from the bridge pick up. All these programs do this and i am pulling my hair out. Do other people find this, shorely not as this renders the software useless. Oh and eq doesnt help in the slightest. Any suggestion or explanation would be most welcomed.

try shutting your monitor off when your record, especially with single coils. that removed a lot of bad noise for me.

its not bad noise, it really is simply as if i am using the neck pick up which of course i am not.
