Anyone else using this little gem here? I know I'm a digital head but I think the sounds right down to the amp hum are pretty darn on. It's the first thing since the Roland VG-8 to capture my attention.

I've always dismissed software amps because of latency issues. Probably my soundcard though (M-Audio Revolution). I wonder if these problems will be solved when I get my 2496?

I haven't had any latency issues but I have a really beefy machine. The card is a FireWire Solo and the machine is a dual 3.4 with 2 gigs ram. I still think I like the VG-8 just a bit better because of th ability to alter the guitar characteristics and the tunings on board but Guitar Rig really has the classic type sounds nailed down.
