Thats a bad link, I cant download em. Can you describe em, no?
 
That program sucks IMO. It also came with bundled adware last time I used it, which was along time ago.

I think it has basic effects like most multi-effects boxes...compressor, EQ, reverb, distortion, etc.

If you want to go under $200, maybe try the RP-80, RP-120 or whatever they're called, although I've heard mixed results about them.

Some of the Boss multi-effects boxes are pretty decent, but I don't know of one under $200. You'll have to look around!
