I just got a PCM70 so I thought I'd saturate the guitar tracks with it just to have a little fun.
Anyway, as spacey as the song is, it puts the guitar tracks too far back in the mix, and they are a little screechy (friend playing his Strat) anyway. I'm hearing too much high in the drum OH's, so I need to take that down and I think the cymbals seems a little hot...not sure if the cymbals are hyped highs or hot levels or both. Just a quick mix from the board at this point.
The song is a guitar player friend of mine's, and any suggestions or observations are certainly welcome.
