Guillemot and n-track

I'm trying to get into computer recording on a budget. This Guillemot ISIS soundcard/breakout box with 8 in and 4 out seems like a good deal for $279. Don't know how it sounds. N-track would seem to be a logical partner to this low-cost solution. Anybody know if the two are compatable? I will be using a celeron 566 with 128 meg ram and a separate 20 gig 7200 hard drive (separate from the current 15 gig 5400 drive that the comp already has).
