OK, GT ...
I added some drums and slight keyboard stuff. Not much, I know ... but it seemed pretty full with the drum machine/guitar/bass going. Wasn't sure what else would be good to add. I do think it needs vocals ... but I suck with lyrics. :(
Let me know what you think.

Hey that's cool. Really got those toms tweaked BK, nice sounds, kick could come up a notch though. Good bass, damn the whole thing is well played. Like the keys, especially the jan hammerish thing at the end. Good work on the git's GT. Well done.

Great collaboration.....guitar, bass, drums all great, and the keyboard frosted the cake.....gibs

Hey Big K,

Great work!! For a guy who says he's not a drummer, that was some great drumming, very enthusiastic.

I really liked the ghostly sounding keyboard you had going in the background.

The keyboard solo at the end blew me away, too cool!!

Thanks for all the hard work I know it took to do this, lets do it again sometime!!

Emeric,

Thanks for listening, glad you liked it.

I liked it too..and yeah ...needs vocals... but who says it can't just be an instrumental with some soloing over it?...ala Satriani....or whatever style. The toms are spread way wide....which is ok..but unatural...but who cares? I think the vote on the key solo at the end is a winner....especially the hot lick at the very end...a great place to put stuff like that. I like to do that kind of stuff in fadeouts too. Is that echos on the rhy gtr...if so they work great...and excellent programming on the drum fills..very lifelike. HEY...maybe some dueling soloing..trade offs... anyway...good job. nice and clean too.

Great work guys!!You two have inspired me!I need someone to program some drum stuff for me like that.I would really like to collaborate on something like this as soon as I can figure out my machines capabilities.I am putting some melody guitars on this download tonight!I'm diggin the keyboard work also.

Hey ... thanks for the comments you guys! :)

This was fun ... could tell that I had about 7 Mountain Dews before played the drum part? Can you say hyper? :)
Emeric ... you found me out ... I was trying to hide the kick a little because I thought it was a little sloppy.
Thanks for the comment on the panning, mixmkr ... I always make the toms too wide.
The end lick on the keyboard solo was a complete surprise. I was playing the solo kinda just jokingly ... and nearly pissed my pants when I nailed that lick. One in a million shot .. so i kept it. My wife calls that the 'fart' solo because of the end when it glisses down and echoes. heheh
Not really what I was going for ... but still funny.

Hey can anyone hear something that sounds like a door squeaking at the following times?
0:21, 0:26, 0:31, 0:42, 1:03, 1:08, 1:13, 1:24
I never noticed it until today ... wonder where that came from? Seems like it goes with the music ... so maybe GT put it in there. ?

Anyway, pleasure to work with you again GT ... I had fun. This still needs vocals or something, though.

Oh yeah ...
This tune has both drum machine and live drums ... so if you liked the "programming" on the toms ... I take that as a compliment! :D
Thanks

Big K,

Hope you are recovering from Mountain Dew!!

Anyway, just wanted to say how much fun this was. Waiting for you to finish up the song, I felt like a kid waiting for Christmas.

I had no idea what you were going to play, or what instruments, what a surprise!!

The song sounds to me like it should remain instrumental. The only thing I would change from what it is now, would be to add a lead guitar. I would have put that on before you got it, if I had known then, what I know now, as the saying goes. Maybe next time.

Great fun!

GT

I think you guys should finish hashing this one out. It moves real well, and the keys at the end were cool.
