Group email question

I can't believe I can't figure this out:

How do I send an email to my list of collected addresses that doesn't show everyone else's addresses to the recipients? You know, for privacy and whatnot. I know that email list management services do this, but isn't there a way I can do this with Outlook or Mozilla?

I want to start taking advantage of the email list I've acquired but don't want to piss anyone off because of someone on the list deciding to hijack the email addresses for their own personal use.

Anyone?

Send the email to yourself in the "to" field

Put all the other email addresses in the BCC field. The only email address that will every show up is yours
