Hey Greyman,

That studio looks very cool. You guys are doing it RIGHT. Looking at the pictures of you guys reminds me of working with these clients I have at work, they're from India. :) You guys all look alike... hehe. don't we all to each other?

John,
Did you want me to take over on webmastering the site? Just tell me what to do and I'll do it.

Later,
-Brian

looks great greyman! Some great techniques used in your design.
Whats with the shiny-black stuff (looks like tar?) on the walls in the first few pictures? for moisture? ?
Also, it looks like you're using plywood instead of drywall/plasterboard on the walls? any particular reason? Just wondering...
Great pictures of the ceiling and floor construction, by the way ... :)
Thanks for sharing your pics! I look forward to seeing more!

Thanx
Drywall is not all that common in this part of India......you don't find skilled workers for the job.
But I'll be using Drywall at the final stages to give my interior a COOL look......plywood finish everywhere will not work.
You got it right.....the shiny-black stuff is indeed tar...
....for the moisture.

Hey Brian.... greyman is nowhere seen in the pictures.

There are 900 Million Indians in India......and believe me they don't look alike.
Indians from the northren mountains look like chinees (no kiddin').......in the south they r quite dark....and wheatish where I live. They speak more than 30 different languages......and I can speak only two of them.

JOHN,BRIAN and BIGKAHUNA, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT.
regards

Great Job!!

It's lookin' good greyman, can't wait to see more pics.

That looks like it is going to be a great studio. I love the angles and sound treatment you put into the construction. The "studio's" site is really starting to get big with some big time studio building.

And it's not even a year old yet! :)

My friend is going to school for graphics design and one of the classes he's taking next semester is a webpage deisgn class. He's one of the most amazing artists (ok, I just realized I'm talking about Dan, he's helping me with my studio) I've ever known. And with his talent for art combined with the ability to design web pages, I think we could give the site a new look. I'm sure he'd have some ideas for it. Then he could help me while John is gone.

We'll have to see how things pan out here.

I'm lovin' the site!!! :) Not that I'm hit hungry, but I keep track of them every day. We're up to an average of 40 hits a day, but that's including the first few months that were bad, and then the month we got like 50 hits :) because my server went down... lately we've been getting around 70 hits a day, which to some people may seem really small-time, but it's so cool to see that the word is getting around to people that there's a great site to go to, to check out studios people are building. Has there ever been a site like this before?? Just curious :)

Try again and this time, open your eyes:D I just checked and I can view the pics without problems.

Looking very good my friend. It looks like you're definately going about it the right way. Can't wait to see it all come together.

That's starting to look really nice!!

Hey Greyman if you're finished with those carpenters......... send me some please?????

Thanks a lot for the encouragement.......
it's all happening because of Home Recording.Com....
.....because of people like John and Brian ....
and because of all of us friends.
Hopefully it will all come together by the 2nd week of May 2001.
Regards
