David New member Jan 12, 2001 #1 Sent off one of my 20/20bas monitor's monday NDA, they got it tuesday talked to the tech thursday and it was repaired and being shipped back also thursday! Now thats some great service in my book. Just hope it makes it back SAFE!!!
