GPI output on Tascam DM 4800

I'm trying to program the keys to output through the GPI port. I'm using optic isolated board with 8 ports. I can route the Function keys. My problem is with the transport keys.

I'm trying to use the transport keys to run Protools 10 and the signals through the GPI port switch external devices like On Air lights and audio muting.

Function keys work great but no output from the transport switches.

I also think the transport keys are not working fully with Protools 10.
