I am glad to know Harvey is still selling the headphones.
I bought about 6 to 8 pair when he first started selling them, and one by one the "musicians" I record have either trashed them or taken them home as keepsakes.
I need to pick up more in the near future.

The trashed headphones, I'll replace. Can't do much about the stolen headphones.

i bought some of the original more-me's and some cables waaaay back when harvey first started selling them and they're all still going strong. more thumbs up here!

I've been needing some indestructible headphones for a while now...thanks for listing where to get them. Just bought a pair, and btw, thanks much for the microphone thread, it's as good as it gets.

Ordered on my last post, got them today. Great headphones, delivered as close to instantly as you can get. Can you imagine how great it would be if Harvey sold tape?
 
Ain't no big secret; I simply treat everybody like I wanna be treated. If I order something, I don't want some asshole in sales waiting a week to even turn in my order.

For what some of these online companies charge for 2 day shipping, I really get pissed off. Priority Mail is pretty damn cheap; why do they charge $25 for 2 day shipping when 2nd Priority Mail runs around 1/3 of that?

And the whole "blame game" thing pisses me off beyond belief. If I buy something and it breaks, I want it fixed. I don't want RMA numbers, "contact the shipper", or "we'll determine the problem when it arrives here". Dammit, send me another one if it sounds like it's your fault, or tell me how much to fix it if it's my fault.

I bought your product in good faith; it ain't working - fix it!! I'm a supporter, not the enemy; don't treat me like I'm the enemy. Treat me fairly, and I'll continue to be a supporter.

I look at every one of you as supporters, not enemies.

It's really that simple.

I got 5 pair for Christmas, so far so good. Harvey da man! :)
 
thats why i love that guy!

they are on my to-buy list, along with mshilarious's mics. keepin business within the family = the best customer treatment and support.
