Man, I love that drum set.
here'Ya go ... well, sort of, but very very oysterish :p
and , then I guess this item may come as handy "tool" too :D
.....
a one with all these items can be in 'heaven on earth' :rolleyes:
speaking of 'beautiful things in life' , heh heh heh, as for me, I guess, I'll just take a bite of oyster stew and go back to drilling and soldering :o

I noticed a couple of oddities about that machine.

The seller claims it's a two channel recorder but the wiring from the heads looks more like a mono wiring job and the picture of the heads doesn't clearly show two distinct tracks on any of the three heads?

Is it possible that the unit just has a second channel amp unit but that the machine is in fact mono?

Other oddities;

The seller claims that one of the tubes is broken but then talks about the availability of finding spares on ebay then in his next breath states he has a full set of spares? What's the point of all that?

Personally, I think all this, "some celebrity owned this hunk of scrap" routine a bit tiring at this stage of the game especially when the seller offers no discernible proof.

Cheers! :)

Hi , Jeff :)
the way I understood from the description is that it is two chnl machine with stereo heads but puls extra (second) mono head-set and the photos are of that mono head-set, but not the heads which are on the machine. :confused:
I don't see where did the guy mentioned that he has the complete set of spares. am I blind? I was up ol'nite...just got up ...so I may be missing things

Selebrity ownship stories suck, period. If I was buying the machine, the fact that a seleb owned the machine would only mean one thing to me, and that is, that I would have to spend many many many more hours of cleaning and cleaning and cleaning before I get to the point of being able to start feeling comfortable touching the thing :p :D

/having said that, and if to completely ignore the owniship b.s. crap tail, if this machine actually is what you see on photos and you've got cash and don't know what to do with it, then, I'd say, buying this set-up would make a better investment than IMB, Microsoft, Mobil or Campbell Soup stocks.... 'i'm not sure about Maple Leaf though, gold rules :rolleyes: :D, .... also, I don't know what I'm talking about nor got any cash, :p /
