Got a Tascam Dp-008 and have questions

Hey all, I have a TASCAM DP-008 and was wondering if there is an ideal way, if any, to record directly out of an amp. I have a mesa boogie triple rectifier, and no good mic as of now, so I pretty much have to go straight from the slave out. I haven't tried the internal mic yet, but I will as soon as I get back into town. Anyway, if anyone knows of a good way to records straight from the amp that would be awesome, but I assume that is also hard to do with what I have. Thanks!

yeah, it's not impossible to run the out of the amp to the Tascam, but it's going to sound pretty terrible

It certainly does, and a shame too because I just tweaked my amp to have a fantastic tone. Oh well, looks like I'm saving for a mic!
