It might be helpful to post how many inputs/outputs you will need. Is midi important or are you just recording audio?

For $150-$170 I'd get either the M-Audio Audiophile or the Echo Mia. For $220 you can get the M-Audio Delta 44, which includes four 1/4 balanced inputs and outputs. This is the one I'd save for.

For MIDI you can buy a Soundblaster 5.1 for $35 or an basic Audigy for $60. Then run two cards. That's what I do.

I'm looking for an 8 channel s card...

with 1/4" inputs...

no price range... but something below 300 if possible...

please e-mail me at jemuel85@yahoo.com.sg
thanks~

Delta 1010LT

thanks, but i need something that is cheaper than that one...
and one that can be mounted within my com...

thanks alot anywayz~

Ermm…just a quick question (hopefully not too stupid). Is the 1010LT pretty much the same as the 1010, just without the breakout box/rack component? I looked at M-Audio’s website and couldn’t find a useful comparison. If it’s the same basic electronics, the LT looks like a great deal at $280 or so. :)
