Generally speaking 1/2 MSRP value is a good starting point. Depending on where you live. Cables can be a bit iffy. Are we talking radio shack specials, or Audio Magic / other $300 a cable brands? That and used cables can be more questionable than most used mics. Dragged through mud, run over with cars and carts, and tied in knots and whatever else people do to cables these days.
