Good Card ?

I need a good recording soundcard. We are trying to setup a home studio to record a cd album using the computer. We are using a Yamaha QS300 Keyboad systisizer. We need to know if if is best to record the instruments using Midi. If so what is the best card under $400?

Hi Foul, Give some more info on what you are up to.
Drums, Vocals etc? One at a time, or a group
recording? Sequencing? What do you already own?
