On a side note, there are probably plenty of people in your town, with a basement like mine, (well, probably cleaner...) who you could hook up with and bring pizza and beer, maybe bring your instrument tracks and record the vocals, maybe collaborate on other stuff, maybe work out a payment that reflect "semi-pro." There are likely internet and/or print forums where you could locate someone.
