I am going to glue my friends pickguard back on to his Epi. I am going to sand, well, not really, but I am going to get rid of the left over glue from when it fell off. So what kind of glue should I use. Standard wood glue, elmers, rubber cement???????? What??????

How well does this stuff work. Pickguard adhesive stuff from stewmac?

That stuff or glue?

You can use carpenters wood glue, but that adhesive sheet looks like it will do it nice and clean.
Besides it's from 3m so you know it's good.

If you do end up using the wood glue make sure you take ALL the old stuff out.

Ya I am going to clean it good anyways. I am very nitpicky about guitars:p

Do you think homedepot or staples would carry that stuff? Maybe under a different name, but still......its 3M. They are one of the largest companies in the world, but I don't think they make anything for "guitar".

I've never noticed man....
But if you have one close you clould check.

I doubt it though,.. That stuff has to be vvvery thin.

Doesn't hurt to check though...
