Hey,
Ok, i'm about to enter the digital realm after hearing all the praise about it from this board. I think i'm going to go with the Gina card, but have one question. I use Midi at times, but the Gina card doesn't have a Midi interface. Can I use my existing card(factory stock in an NEC computer) alongside the Gina so that I'll get the best of both worlds, or do I need to go ahead and buy a card with Midi on it already? Thanks for you help...catch ya'll later...

You most likely can use both cards together, unless there is compatibility issue between the cards for some reason. I have owned and used a Gina for the last year and have to say it's the easiest card i've ever installed on my computer.
Your card should have midi sounds on it. If it doesn't than it's really cheap and you get a dedicated soundcard for midi.

I use to have the Gina and I was able to use the MIDI from my regular sound card with no problems.
