I've recently installed GigaStudio 2.5. When I enable the Gigastudio ports in CPA9, I lose access to my audio ports. Either audio will not playback or else the audio ports will not even appear in the "ports" menu. Disabling the gigastudio ports allows me to plackback audio again.

Anyone know anything about this?

Your Giga ports must be different than your audio ports. Your soundcard has to have at least 4 outputs for both Giga and audio to work simultaneously. Make sure that audio is set to outs 1/ 2, and Giga is set to 3/4.
I don't know what your soundcard is, but with my Echo card I had to go into the properties dialogue and check the "Enable Multi-Client Drivers" box as well.

good luck

Oh crap.

I've got a Delta 1010. Problem is that I don't have a mixer. I use my 1/2 output -> home stereo. I can't use my 3/4 outputs unless I get a mixer. I could swear that the Delta drivers are multi-client. Hmm....

Here's my stuff:
AMD T-bird 1.2MHz
Asus A7V133-C mainboard (Via KT133a chipset)
SBLive value
Delta 1010
CPA9
GigaStudio2.5
WinMe

I'm pretty sure that the Sblive drivers aren't multi-client. But in cakewalk I've only got the SBlive's MIDI ports enabled. I'm not using its audio ports at all. Hmm...
