GF Lipstick tube Pickup question:

So I'm soldering away on my "super strat" mod with my purchases from guitarfetish. I picked up a lipstick tube for my neck position but it's got me kinda perplexed. It came with a generic schematic, but it's got a white wire, red wire and a big twist of wire at the end. I'll take a picture if I have to, but it gives the appearence of 3 leads and I'm at a loss.

Any advice/suggestions?

feel free to correct me if i'm wrong...

but i think that red="hot", white="signal return" and "twisty" is pickup cover shield (ground).

i am very curious to know how you like the sound! and what guitar?

Gear Junky sounds right...but if you're still perplexed post a pic. And if you're not still perplexed, and you've got it all working, let us know how you like it. I'm still digging my overwound grey bottoms from GF that i put on my Strat.

Thanks guys, yeah I got it all figured out, but I'm not happy with the connections on the back of these damn tiny toggles. I'm going to see about getting some crimp and sticks tomorrow. I'll keep you posted!
