Ok, I've set up my computer with Cubase SX 2.0 and a USB Omni Studio, through which i run the direct out of my Tech21 Trademark 60. Although i must say the direct out sounds great, but ofcourse i'm missing a lot of the low end that i do hear when i play through the speaker. Ofcourse there is no way to really get that sound by artificial effects, other than actually using mics. I've been playing with Cubase's input EQ, but i haven't getting satisfactory results... I haven't tried the compressor yet, but i'm expecting that to be of good use.
Does anyone have any ideas what else i could use to make a "virtual mic" setup that i can use in cubase, or any other things i could use to give my sound more "power"?
