Bought this one for 50,00 and needed repairs but if you ever find one I highly recommend getting one. (Peq305)
It's not "transparant" even with everything disabled it has a very nice but subtle effect on guitars. Settings are very flexible and direct.
Absolutely love it to quickly dial in something (find tactical better than in the box
