Anyone go today. I did. Nothin' jumped out at me as a really great bargain. Prices seemed all around pretty high. I've scored some excellent deals at these things in the past, but not today.

He didn't really have an answer for that, but he's still new.

I win every time there and never never never pay full price. I also love talking over the heads of most of the morons working there. I bought a cheap plug once from there when I was still a little new and I asked the guy is it OSX and RTAS compatable. His answer was "Yeah it's VST compatable." So I had to restate my question as, will this work with pro tools le. He had to ask someone else. Other than that I love guitar center.

I thought I was going to enjoy and try playing a few new ones- maybe even a purchase. That, of course, was when I discovered "pound for pound the best sounding one they had" I thought I was going to snorkeluntil he schooled me:::::
The Ibanez half stack
After I stopped snorkeling, I tried to fire across a jizz bomb in his eye for being such a cheezeball. I just said that I thought it 'wasn't quite my style', and called my buddy that worked over at GC.
Then the tech from GC (on my way back to my buddy's counter) explained that the intonation for my Tele wasn't because he was a blowhard and didn't know how to set up a guitar. Instead he explained that it was because of the magnetic pull in the pickups. Not yet into the Lace Sensor discussion, I asked him why all the other guitars with all the other strings that had all the other pickups that had all the other magnets also made everyone elses magents in all their guitars sounded like shit for my payment of a setup...
There are just so many places I can deal with guys like that. Fortunately, I have a friend who happens to be at GC- otherwise it would be a VERY long day...
Whatever the fuck this story means![]()

I even bought stuff I wouldnt ever use, but it was such a steal, I couldnt pass it up. Then I traded that in at the used gear place for at least 3xs what I paid for it ( and got the shit I needed).
